For all of us, at some point in time, golden years is inevitable. At Mt. Zion Filipino Seventh-day Adventist Church, our seniors (age 60 and up) are prepared when it arrives. They have organized themselves to make sure they are up and about with their activities, physical fitness, spiritual ponderings, field trips, seminars and get-together parties which provide them with much pleasure.
