The Strategic Planning Team is a standing sub-committee of the Church Board whose mandate is to establish a long term (3-10 years) plans providing direction to the church. It is composed of 9 members led by the Lead Pastor, Head Elder, Treasurer, Church Clerk, plus 5 others appointed by the Church Board to provide vision of the church for the future.
It is purposed that this sub-committee will mitigate the time spent by the Church Board in planning and focus more in “the spiritual nurture of the church”, as well as in “fostering evangelism in all of its phases.”
